Minty!

I made mint jelly today. I didn't use food coloring, and discovered that mint jelly is actually a very pretty light amber color, like tea, which is appropriate, because that's what I like to put it in. I made it with Moroccan mint, which is especially chummy with tea and lemon.

The whole house smells minty.
